Synergy Gold Dual Powered Electric Breast Pump

I have been using this pump for over 2months now and to be fair it is a good pump. It is low sound and helps to gently pump out my milk during the midnight. However, it can be a great pump if some issues can be noticed. First of all, the bottles coming with the pump are too cheap for me especially talking about this price. They match well with the pumping line lids but their own teats lids do not seal well with the bottles or at least mine do not. Since I have used for 2-3 weeks, it started to leak when I fed my baby…lost some precious milk…I don’t know why, maybe because of several times of sterilising? But it shouldn’t be that bad in the early stage..now I only use those lids as a cover. Secondly, the rubber triangle heads inside of the pumping lids start to drop down when I am pumping. This is very annoying, also the pump won’t work if you don’t put it back… trust me you don’t wanna see it drop a couple of times during the middle of the night and you have to manually pick it out of your milk bottle…it may be because my milk is a bit oily and make it slippy, but why the other one works fine till now…anyway I do think the price is a little high for the cheapy points. Hope the developers can see my review. The machine itself is a good one. Recommend. Love the massage mode and feel comfy after pumping every time. Good luck all the moms!

My wife is happy with this product. Out of 4 breast pumps that she has tried, this yields the most milk. The one area she tells me that could be better is comfort.

Overall it’s a ok pump, the multiple settings and cycles and being able to do left and right at different strengths is great. However I don’t get much more using this pump than using my £50 pump I had before. Also the fact the pump comes with 28mm flanges is disappointing and means you have to buy separate ones, spending even more money. Defo not quiet either.

I just love the spectra pumps. I started with the spectra S1 and decided to upgrade. Definitely by far one of the best pumping brands out there and I’ve tried many I always end up coming back to my spectras. Comfortable suctions. Great let downs. Never been sore off these pumps. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to express. Obviously they are a bit more on the bulky side but this is actually better for expression rather than your freestyle pumps. The only thing I could probably fault them on is the flange sizes they offer within the kit could definitely offer more smaller / medium sizes.

Spectra s1 was good but this is amazing. I can get 10oz out in 7 min in the morning with this pump and it's painless. Just excellent. Wish it had a battery though but it's so powerful I'm guessing it isn't possible
