Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
All orders received by 3pm are normally shipped the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding any Bank Holidays). Orders received after 3pm or during non-working hours will normally be shipped on the next working day.

Next Day Service
Orders will be shipped either via Royal Mail or courier (eg: Interlink Express). Ana Wiz Ltd will not be held responsible for any delay arising from Royal Mail or courier, and in all circumstances the maximum compensation provided by Ana Wiz will not exceed the total shipping costs paid.
Note: We do not include Saturday or Sunday to be working days. Orders made on a Friday with Next Day Service will not be delivered until Monday.
In some parts of the country the Next Day Service can take two days.
With Interlink Express: Next Day Service deliveries for some parts of the Scottish Mainland, Scottish Islands and Highlands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles will take two days.
With Parcelforce: Next Day Service deliveries for some parts of the Scottish Mainland, Scottish Islands and Highlands will take two days.
This includes the following postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, 2E.
Orders will be shipped by Royal Mail / Courier. Delivery times approximately 2-4 days.
Please note that due to Royal Mail Terms and Conditions we are unable to consider items lost until 21 days following the date the order was made.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2014, you have the right to cancel your order with us. However, you must exercise this right within fourteen calendar (14) days of receiving the order. You must inform us in writing either by email, post or fax and you must fill in our cancellation form which is available on our website. In the event of a dispute it is up to the customer to show that the item has been cancelled within the legal timeframe.
The goods must be returned to us in new and unused condition and in original packaging at your expense by registered post/courier. We reserve the right to have the goods checked by a technician prior to a refund.
Where you have informed us that you are cancelling/returning an item, this must be returned to us within fourteen calendar (14) days of notifying us that you are returning it.
The right to cancellation is not available where a sealed item is unsealed and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, medical equipment, underwear, soothers, baby teething and feeding equipment, breast pumps and pillows, nasal aspirators, liquids and gels. .
Once an item has been received back after cancellation of the order, you will normally be reimbursed and at the latest within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the goods or proof of having sent the goods back.
If goods are received back in a condition that is not new and resaleable or they have been handled in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function, we will deduct a suitable amount from the value of the item before refunding.
If your goods become faulty within thirty days of delivery, we will offer you a replacement or a refund. However, we will first require you to return the faulty item to us in its original packing using our free prepaid label (available on request) or by recorded delivery/courier. If goods develop a faulty after thirty days but still under the warranty period we will arrange to have them repaired or replaced.
