Next Day Service
Orders will be shipped either via Royal Mail or courier (eg: Interlink Express). Ana Wiz Ltd will not be held responsible for any delay arising from Royal Mail or courier, and in all circumstances the maximum compensation provided by Ana Wiz will not exceed the total shipping costs paid.
Note: We do not include Saturday or Sunday to be working days. Orders made on a Friday with Next Day Service will not be delivered until Monday.
In some parts of the country the Next Day Service can take two days.
With Interlink Express: Next Day Service deliveries for some parts of the Scottish Mainland, Scottish Islands and Highlands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles will take two days.
With Parcelforce: Next Day Service deliveries for some parts of the Scottish Mainland, Scottish Islands and Highlands will take two days.
This includes the following postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, 2E.
Orders will be shipped by Royal Mail / Parcel Force 48 / DHL or Interlink. Delivery times approximately 2-4 days.
Please note that due to Royal Mail Terms and Conditions we are unable to consider items lost until 21 days following the date the order was made.
Orders will be shipped by Parcel Force International, DHL or Interlink or Royal Mail.
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 2 - 4 Days.
Worldwide: 5 -7 Days.
Cancellation: In compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order with us. However, you must exercise your right within seven working days of receiving the goods and you must inform us in writing of your wish to cancel the order - either by email, post or fax. The goods must be returned to us at your expense by registered post or courier within seven days of the notice to cancel. The goods must be returned in original packaging and in resaleable condition (unused). We reserve the right to have the goods checked by a technician prior to replacement or refund.
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: Lingerie and underwear, Swimwear, Creams and liquids, Breathing monitors, Nasal aspirator, Pillows.
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Faulty Goods: If your goods become faulty within thirty days after delivery, we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund. However, we will first require that you return the faulty item to us in its original packing by recorded delivery or courier. After thirty days if the goods develop a fault (unless due to misuse, unauthorised repair or accidental damage), we will arrange to have it repaired, if this is not possible we will provide a replacement and if that is not possible, we will give a full refund.
